Im so frustrated :(

I love this game so much, I honestly do, but there are some major flaws that need to be fixed.
1.) Doesnt start
Half the time the game doesnt even let me push the start button, even after Ive closed out the game and reloaded it.
2.) Switches characters
I dont know if characters is the right word to use, but here goes - a lot of times when I go through the tunnels, it randomly switches my character, which, I have to say again, is really frustrating.
3.) Music
The music is honestly the best part of this app (I have anxiety and I find it to be really calming) but half the time that doesnt work. I feel like it randomly starts and stops, and sometimes it doesnt even play.
Again, I love this app so much, but please fix these ^^^!!!
